Corporate and Institutional Projects

Roth & Seelen has designed more than 2,000,000 SF of corporate and institutional space throughout Massachusetts. Projects range from tenant fit-up projects to ground-up build-to-suit projects for such clients as FoxRock Properties, The Grossman Companies, Iconic Capital, Rader Properties, The Simon Companies, R. S. Means, Granite Telecommunications, Thomson CompuMark, the Town of Hingham’s Town Hall complex, and KAF Financial.

Kirwan Surgical Products, Marshfield, MA

The Kirwan facility in Marshfield, MA, is the corporate and U. S. manufacturing headquarters of an international surgical products manufacturing company. The project included a two-story, 40,000 SF addition incorporating corporate office space, manufacturing clean room, and employee support spaces. The project also included extensive renovations and remodeling of existing manufacturing and warehouse spaces. Total finished building area is approximately 90,000 SF. The project was completed in 2019.

Department of Children and Families, Plymouth, MA

This project was a build-to-suit facility for a major state agency serving children and families in the greater Plymouth area. The two-story 33,000 SF building includes client spaces and staff office spaces. The building was completed in 2019.

Reiser Corporation, Canton, MA

The Reiser facility in Canton, MA, is the corporate headquarters of an international food service equipment manufacturing and distribution company. The project was a multi-phase undertaking, including complete interior remodeling and two separate additions totaling 63,000 SF. Spaces include corporate office space, customer showroom spaces, manufacturing spaces, and high-bay warehouse space featuring motorized movable pallet racks to maximize storage capabilities. Total finished building area is approximately 120,000 SF. The most recent phase was completed in 2018.

Bio-Medical Facility, Braintree, MA 

The building on Messina Drive in Braintree, is a single story, 60,000 SF office/industrial building with corporate office space, laboratories, bio-medical manufacturing space, and warehouse space, originally built in the 1970’s. The project involved the conversion of the building from a multi-tenant to a single-tenant facility, the complete renovation of all office space, construction of all new lab spaces, and remodeling of various existing warehouse spaces. The project also included the complete reconfiguration and reconstruction of the 3-acre site. The project was completed in 2020.

Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Plymouth, MA

The building at 38 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth, is a single story office building, 20,000 square feet in area, designed and built for a single tenant. The building is owned by a major South Shore real estate developer.

40 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth, MA

The building at 40 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth, is a three-story, 40,000 SF multi-tenant office building with a central atrium, originally built in 1985. The project involved the repositioning of all public spaces in the building, including entry glass wall, all atrium finishes, monumental stairway, toilet room finishes, and tenant entry systems.

10 Forbes Road, Braintree, MA

The building at 10 Forbes Road, Braintree, is a multi-story, multi-tenant office building with a central atrium, originally built in 1983. The project involved the repositioning of all public spaces in the building, including frameless glass entry systems, all atrium finishes, monumental infinity edge atrium fountain, and toilet room finishes.
