The featured project is the South Shore Educational Collaborative in Hingham, MA. This is a special needs school, 86,000 SF in area, serving 10 member school districts and completed in 2013. The Collaborative provides specialized education, counseling, and therapeutic services for students with moderate to intense learning, intellectual, emotional, physical, and medical challenges, from pre-K through age 21.
Roth & Seelen has designed industrial and warehouse projects for such clients as AMB, Next Generation Printing, Brinks, Kraft Foods, Koso America, Prologis, and Fireking Baking Company.
The featured project is the Reiser facility in Canton, MA. Reiser is a leading supplier of processing and packaging equipment solutions for the sausage, meat, poultry, seafood, prepared food, bakery, and cheese industries. The project involves the complete renovation of the existing facility and its doubling in size from 60,000 SF to 120,000 SF in area. The facility includes corporate office space, warehouse space, manufacturing space, and a customer service center where customized equipment can be assembled and tested for Reiser’s customers.

Projects range from tenant fit-up projects to ground-up build-to-suit projects for such clients as FoxRock Properties, The Grossman Companies, Rader Properties, The Simon Companies, R. S. Means, Granite Telecommunications, Thomson CompuMark, the Town of Hingham’s Town Hall complex, and KAF Financial.
The featured project is the repositioning of all public spaces in a 40,000 SF multi-tenant office building at 40 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth, MA. The project included all new atrium finishes, toilet room finishes, and tenant entry systems.
Roth & Seelen has designed more than 300,000 SF of self-storage facilities in the greater Boston area for clients including Castle Self Storage, Planet Self Storage, Storage Unlimited, and Walk-in Closet. Project types include multi-story ground-up facilities, conversions of different building types to self-storage, and renovation/addition projects. All projects are climate-controlled.
The featured project is Castle Self Storage, Weymouth, MA, a three-story, 66,000 SF facility completed in 2015. The facility is climate controlled and includes integral exterior access units. It is designed to accommodate an expansion of up to 50% without significantly impacting on-going operations.
